With over 25 years of experience in the forestry sector, I am passionate about mobilizing people and resources to promote social and environmental gains, aligning projects and intitiatives with organizational strategies. As part of the sustainability team at Klabin, Brazil’s largest paper and pulp producer, I represent the company in national and global sustainability forums, contributing to the definiton and implementation of collaborative policies and intiatives focused on positive transformation and biodviersity conservation. I also collaborate with the sustainability team in the development and execution of projects that support the company’s objectives and refelect best global practices for the forestry sector and other reference industries. Additionally, I serve as a board member of FSC International, the leading certificaiton organization for responsible forest management, representing the economic chamber of the Global South. Furthermore, I am the director of Rede Mulher Florestal, a civil society organization that focuses on the inclusion of women in the forestry sector through the engagement of individuals and entities that work or relate to the sector. I seek solutions that value and create space for diverse skills, profiles, and interests and believe in dialogue as the path to achieve that.
