With extensive experience in environmental conservation projects and sustainable development, she leads strategic initiatives focused on creating and sharing socio-environmental value, aligning the company’s business objectives with the needs of society.

Marina plays a key role in strategic partnerships with international organizations aimed at reducing poverty and promoting the bioeconomy, always integrating sustainability with environmental preservation and the socio-economic development of local communities.

Passionate about team development and creating corporate environments that foster happiness and engagement, Marina holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and completed the Executive Program at the Yale School of Management.
