Thibault is a first year Master of Environmental Management candidate at the Yale School of the Environment, specializing in Environmental Policy and Ecosystem Management and Conservation. He is interested in exploring the role of grassroots organization in the design and implementation of land and wildlife conservation policies.
Before joining TFD, Thibault spent 4 years working for the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C., where he developed a passion for sustainable international development. At the IMF, he managed projects related to resilient infrastructure and natural resource management, particularly in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa. He earned a B.A in Political Sciences and Latin American Studies from the College of William and Mary in 2016.
