Isabela holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment, where she studied climate policy and finance. She is the co-lead of the Yale chapter of the International Forestry Students’ Association (IFSA). Before coming to Yale, she led a 12-month independent research study on climate-smart agriculture globally, with a focus on Southeast Asia and Latin America. She also researched climate change, deforestation, and supply chains in forest-rich geographies. She holds a BA in environmental studies from Wellesley College and has language proficiency in six languages.
